✿ Receiving your order

Home & Express Deliveries will be delivered to your nominated address. Signatures for a delivery will be required whenever a recipient is at home. But if they're not, and a safe place for the parcel is available, we'll leave it there so it's ready and waiting for them. We'll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there's no safe place, we'll leave a card as we normally would - and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for your customer to pick up and sign for.

✿ Home Delivery times

Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway or Aramex. Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

✿ Order tracking

The Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website, Fastway website or Aramex website, depending on which company delivers your order.
